I've spent the last 20+ years living in and around the North Atlanta area, and the last few years buying, selling, renovating, and flipping homes — so I come to this with real hands-on experience, not just a license. I can walk into a fixer-upper and actually see what it could be or walk into a move-in ready home and spot the things worth knowing about. Either way, I've got you.
